We help you connect with yourself and with others authentically, allowing you to be your true self and discover balance among your many life goals and roles.

We teach skills to help you build and sustain healthy relationships, whether they be romantic, familial, or important friendships, through relational mindfulness practices because satisfying relationships are core to well-being and fulfillment.

Meghan K Grove, MS, LMFT, CCTP-II
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist,
Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level 2

I am passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and experiences become more grounded and develop trust in themselves to find meaning and create the life they want to have. I believe we are all one-of-a-kind and therapy is a collaborative and interactive process. I consider it a privilege to share in your unique story and will work with you to identify your goals, promote balance, and improve overall well-being.

We have all experienced times when life is unjust and unfair, even painful or discouraging, and the ability to move past those struggles may seem impossible at the time. Through an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard, compassion, empathy, and with a non-judgmental attitude, I utilize a research-based, collaborative, and person-centered approach to empower you to develop the skills necessary to confidently work through life’s challenges and transitions and create positive relationships with yourself, others, and the world.

I support individuals, couples, teens, and families as they learn to manage intense emotions, develop meaningful and purposeful connections, create mutual understanding, and improve communication or resolve existing conflicts.

You are the author of your life; it is my goal to facilitate conversations that can lead to positive change. I look forward to working with you.
